Service Engineer
Job Description
Makita Singapore Pte.Ltd, a worldwide leader in the power tool industry, has available positions for Service Engineer & OPE specialist.
Position Responsibilities
*Responsible for our South Asia Territories customers such as:
- providing recommendations for the reordering of spare parts;
- collect, collate and preparing technical information
- lead a team of local and overseas technicians for optimal performances
- Indentify areas for improvements
- Ensure that KPI are acheive
- Facilitate workshops and training their needs
- Reporting daily and monthly for local and overseas service centre (eg. 48hrs turnaround time, warranty returns, etc)
- Prepare spare parts list
*Require to travel overseas
Position Requirements
- Preferably a diploma holder
- Experience in Power Tools an advantage.
- Preferably with South Asia Cilentele experience
- Able to interact well with people pf all levels and self motivated.
